How does everyone feel about the general state of motorsport right now? Honda out of F1, Seat from BTCC, Suzuki and Subaru out of WRC and Kawasaki out of Moto GP. Could 2009 be a bad year for it in general?
I know what you mean, the world financial situation is ruining our enjoyment.Good to see Ross Braun bought the Honda team and is having Mercedes engines. But at least we have another year with the DOCTOR

How will the Doctor do though?

He was meant to be a second and a half of Stoner in the last testing session.

No way, F1 - Must admit was a bit skeptical about the no-refueling rule, but Sunday's race was cracking !

Pugwash I was in Shanghai for the race! Took a couple of days off and made a four day weekend so I could see practise and qualifying too!!
It was truely awesome, had seats on the first corner!!
Love been in Asia at the moment can't wait for Sazuka now! And just booked my tickets for the first Korean GP!

Who do you like for the championship?

This F1 season has been really good so far, new talent, the grind is mixed up a bit and at the moment the drivers championship points are really close!

BTCC has been awesome as well, if anyone saw the rounds in Brands Hatch a couple o weeks ago, that was some excellent racing action, and with only 9 points in it at the top going into the last 3 rounds thats going to be bloody exciting as well!
    supermoto ftw

Fantastic ! Sounds like you had a good time, I trust you had an Umbrella !!!!! Did Silverstone last year - great fun had by all - and it didn't rain !

As for this year, I think my money is on Hamilton - provided he doesn't do anything stupid !! Who is your money on ?

It was awesome, I couldn't have asked for a better race to go to!
Was even happy with the podium (there was a lot of screaming done when Button crossed that line first!)!

I think the rain made it the experience it was! We squashed up under an umbrella but gave up with that and bought disposalble poncho thingys!!
Still got soaked to the skin though!!!

I would love to say Button will get a back-to-back championship under his belt, especially now he's in a silver car!
He seems to be thinking things through a little more than Hamilton! He called the tyres much better in Shanghai!!
