    Not felt my rook all day! Although sleeping last night was awkward, wanted nothing more than to sleep on that ear so kinda used my hand to protect it.

    I got my ears pierced about 3 months ago, because i want to start stretching them, and i'm not sure how long to wait to start stretching! I've heard 6 months is a safe amount of time to wait, but i know everyone is different. Any advice?

    You commented on the stretching guide just now so if you read the 1st page of that it explains pretty much everything you need to know.

    You'll want to wait another 3-6 months really as long as they have healed okay. What gauge were they pierced at and was it done professionally with a needle?

    Thank you! Gone and ordered an 1mm x 8mm one so we'll see how it goes (:
    Going to ask my boyfriend what he thinks about double nostrils when he gets home... when I asked him about whether he'd like me with a septum and he said no I went and got it the next day anyway haha (;

    Hahaha
    Boyfriends tend to come round to new piercings anyway. Well, the ones worth keeping do

    Oh hell, that reminds me I still haven't told my bf about my planned conch punch!
    I'm sure he'll be ok with it (once it stops bleeding anyway) and it's for purely medicinal reasons :P I need it to train me not to sleep on my left side, as that seems to have been the source of my neck/shoulder nerve pinching problem.
    what's a few seconds of pain for a lifetime of shiny?

    Both lobes 1/2", 5mm, 1.6mm
    Left rook & 5mm helix punch
    Right helix x2 & forward helix
    VCH, 5mm tongue

    Really? I am finding the rook so easy, already sleeping on it normally. I don't feel it at all unless I touch my ear. I was proper worried about this piercing as well. I know I'll probs get problems down the line like everyone else, it's cartilage. The daith bump is gone...I kinda ripped it off, it scabbed up, I picked that. Now it's gone. Kids, don't try this at home. I am a very impatient young lady.

    I'm not sure whether or not I like rings in eyebrow piercings. If I ever tried one, it would have to be a small one.
