Only real bump...
My outers, even though I love them! The pain was horrendous and I couldn't put myself through that again!
I struggled to heal my Daith and Helix too so wouldn't replace them if they had to go.
Yes I think they were too big (to allow for swelling) and twisted easily with movement of clothes etc. Felt like they constantly needed adjusting to be comfy.
I've had a pair of outers for about 5 years now. The piercing itself was agony and healing uncomfortable.
I had the bump from hell for about the first year and regular flare ups after that. Inners...
I wear a stainless steel bar in one and a bioplast bar in the other with jewelled balls on, I change the jewel colour to match my naval and VCH jewels. Currently have rainbow crystal in them.
I have...
Wow! Well done, looked like a fab show.
No one noticed my nose either! I was dreading my Dad and my boss commenting but neither did!
As Hazel said, they are for me and no one else but I've always been conscious of my big nose so dreaded...
Gorgeous scan pics! Just found out my sis-in-law is expecting! Due around Valentines day!
We had a book by Dr Miriam Stoppard titled Conception, Pregnancy and Birth which we found really helpful. I also kept a pregnancy journal which is quite nice to look back on.
I have inners, outers and a VCH and they make no difference to either me or my husband during sex. They weren't done to enhance sex though, I had them because I wanted them done, they improved my...
Not compared to when he's toddling it's not! lol, you must be so proud though, its a real milestone for them.
I know it's scary! I had to stay in for a while after I had my second and both me and hubby taught new mums on the ward how to wind, bathe and change nappies!
I got told off for walking round...
Scary stuff this pregnancy lark!
Funniest piece of advice I got was from my (rather rubbish) anti natal class was from the midwife running it who said ''I have to tell you labour is painful, we...
I was given a chart in my maternity pack for my first baby (don't think I had one second time around until last few weeks due to complications) that you counted kicks on. There were a set number of...
Oooh scan pic.....can't wait! I so want another baby! I loved feeling baby move, do you still have to fill in daily kick charts to monitor movement?
Happy belated birthday too!
I went from a...
I felt very tearful a lot of the time but did have 2 stressful pregnancies. I say make the most of it if people want to cut you some slack....it gets blamed on PMT the rest of the time!
I craved Dime bars and now have more fillings than teeth!
Nice massages from hubby helped relieve crampy muscles too and a soak.
Thanks Hazel. We've managed to get a 1.2 x 9mm BCR in to see how I get on. If it's ok I'll then order a smooth segment ring to match my helix and tragus.
I think I was told indian tonic water?? Either way I don't like them but its worth a try.
Being broody sucks!
Any chance of a pic Hazel please? I wanted a ring in mine but can't actually envisage how it would sit or what size I'd need.
Ooh I remember that, not nice at all! Had it that bad it bruised, hope it settles for you.
lol! It's all part of motherhood! I'd be fine if I'd not had kids....
Snap on the ASD! Wouldn't change him for the world though!
I went through a stage of not being bothered by my stretch marks when some once told me to be proud of them, scars are the story of who...
Hadn't realised your young 'un had special needs, sorry. My 8 year old is Autistic. Hubby had the snip after our youngest was born and I get very broody. I know that I don't really want another...
Stretch marks are evil! I got them really badly and 5 years on they are still very noticeable.
I had a cuddle of a 2 week old baby today and it's made me so broody....gutted I can't have any more!
