lol, I was gonna ask if your beardy had OCD :D
How long do the eggs take to hatch? What you gonna do with the babies?
My bird had to be excused from the present wrapping today.
He took offence at one of the presents (ironically, one I was pretending was from him!) and flew off at full speed and crashed into my daddy.
something is wrong with pumpkin, hes been hiding under joshs bed all day. i thought this was because josh got drums for christmas and its been very noisy all day, but i have just seen him crawl out so went to give him a belly rub as he loves them, but i didnt even get to touch him, he lashed out at me and meowed and hissed!! now hes run off to hide under the sofa in my room.
could this just be because he was scared of the drums, or could somthing be wrong with him?? i cant check him over as he wont let me anywhere near him. the last time he was outside was last night and he seemed fine when he came in for the night. no cat flap so he cant go out without me opening the door.
Is this his first christmas? Cats dont tend to like change so all that excitement this morning and then the loud drums have probably scared him and he doesnt know how to react. Ours always stay out of the room until its quietened down but are still wary when they come in and theres paper everywhere. First christmas they wouldnt even come in the room until lured in with turkey. He should be fine in the morning :)
its his 2nd, but last year he was only a tiny kitten and spent the entire time either playing in paper or climbing the tree.
hes come downstairs, he wont sit down to eat when he usually does, is happy with me patting him until i get to his back end, then turns around to nip me. hes not limping, but is walking around very slowly and kinda hunched up. im wondering what on earth could of happened to him, surely if something had hit him he would of been like this last night?
Not necessarily. For example if you work yourself too hard during exercise or are in a minor car crash you only really feel the effects the day after when you ache and are all stiff. Just watch and see how he goes if he doesnt get any better then maybe pop him along to the vets? He may have fallen off a fence or jumped from a too higher height and just twisted himself round wrong and is a bit tender.
i'll see how he goes tonight, hes laying on the window ledge right now, the radiator is right under it so im sure if hes in pain the heat will help. i'll try the vets in the morning, but i have no idea when they open
