Awwwww! I do admit I only click with certain children but those four were awesome lol. Bit like one of my cousins who I connected with instantly. Hopefully John's nephew will become more normal? And me and him can try and help him become a decent human being.

I love the things kids say!
I had one of my pre-school class boys propose to me too! In fact it wasn't so much a proposal rather "We're getting married on Friday!", lol!
It's kinda sweet that as far as these children are concerned if you like someone then you get married to them.

I know I'm a contradiction because I work with children all day and I am good with them, I'm one of the only teachers that can control some of the naughty kids but I still don't think I'd be a great mother!
I can control a class of 40+ children but still don't want just one of my own!

I don't think that's contradictary at all.

I don't think anyone thinks that not wanting kids means you can't like children and like teaching them or whatever. And it shows you've obviously had a thorough look at motherhood from the outside because you've spent a lot of time with kids.

I personally want kids, and while I like working with them in a school setting I hate kids out and about. I find it really annoying when there's a table with kids on near us in a restaurant etc.

Tbh im the same even though iv got kids, other peoples *the naughty ones* bug the life out of me.
Everytime we go out for a meal, there is always (and i mean ALWAYS no matter where we are eating) a noisey rowdy family who will not or cannot control their kids.
When we go out, i always make sure my children are well turned out, behave well and keep noise down to a minimum as i understand that people dont want noise when they are tryin to enjoy a meal that they have payed for... be that a big mac meal or in a fancy meal in a swanky resturant. I cant help myself, i find i turn into the tutting disaproving look woman lol
