Kids v No Kids

As in everything in life, u have a choice not to look though hun...

if the link had of stayed, i wouldnt have looked, i know the outcome of a miscarraige... i dont need to see a vid of a medical miscarraige (as technicly thats what it is, drugs are given to cause contractions, dependant on stage of pregnancy and other factors lethal injection is also given to the unborn/unwanted child)

theres plently of things posted on this forum that i dont wanna read/see, sometimes i read/see it an get irritated by it.. but most of the time i just dont look.

As i said before i understand why danni posted the links... to prove a point, its not an easy form of contraception... if anythin its the most devastating and painful form, but also like i said, those who choose this choice wont or shouldnt be offended by it, after all... they know what it is.. they should know what happens.

this is why i posted them, if people want to take that path then i believe they should know exactly what happens and how. it is not an easy option. and can potentially ruin any chances of having kids in the future.
the video posted didnt involve any medication, it was a D&C i believe, i do not know correct terms.

D&C is an internal scrape (dont know why its refered to as that as its more like a minni hoover)..... its normaly offered after a miscarraige if you cant pass the placenta after its broken away.

I was able to pass mine on my own when i lost, the nurse at the time was relived i did, she stated that sometimes it can affect future chances of pregnancy, i dont know if this is true or not, its somthin i didnt wish to look into at the time.

well it involved a hoover like thing to break up the foetus and then something to crush the skull with

As has been pointed out, this was originally just whether you want babies or not...but since it's turned ito an abortfion debate I'll give my tuppence worth...

I think abortion is a perfectly acceptable option if you've taken every precaution and still ended up pregnant by accident. It is NOT a form of contraception for those too lazy to use it. It's a fact that if I'd had a baby during school / uni it would have ruined my life. I wouldnt have the opportunities that I have now, I'd never have been motivated enough to go back to studying afterwards and I'd be buggered. That's my own personal opinion.

An abortion done as soon as possible is not the same as murdering a fully formed human being. I don't agree with late term abortions where the foetus is much further along in it's development as that feels more wrong in my mind. There is a fine for me what I consider to be too far along.

And with regards to the videos, I think they're fine. For those who are pro choice, like me, I feel it's important to know and have seen exactly what it is you are supporting. However I don't feel that they're going to change anyone's mind. If I showed you videos I've seen of animals being brutally slaughtered I don't think you would agree with me and turn vegetarian. But you should definitely watch them just so that you are aware where you're food is coming from.

Can you imagine what would happen if we showed everyone who was about to go for any kind of surgey a video of the procedure before they went under the knife?? No one would ever elect for any type of surgery every again (i say elect as oppossed to coming into A&E unconscious and getting taken striaght there)
EVERYTHING like that looks brutal mainly bcos it is -that doesnt mean that people should stop having surgery.

Surgery is not optional though. Abortions and eating meat are. Anyway, I'd happily watch any surgery I was due to have, it's better to know what to expect rather than going in blind
