Aw congrats guys!
Aww congrats Louise and Alex.
Happy over in this corner. Nothing to report :)
i really feel like its going to end soon. Its not that things aren't going well, i just don't think i feel about him in the same way anymore, feel more like close friends. I want to talk about it, but i haven't the faintess clue how to even bring it up, especailly when he says i love you. Its like i'll be a giant slap in the face
Sad times....understand the dilema, but at the same time, if you know in your heart that you just don't feel the same way... dragging it out is only gonna make things worse - for both of you. You, because you know how you feel and him because he's bound to pick up on something at some point... he'll probably sense the change. Many fall into that trap of waiting 'for the right time', but in my experience, it's so easy to bottle out at the slightest mention of something, or something 'conveniently' gets in the way. Do you think a break - as opposed to an actual break-up - would help?
I've been thinking about a break; with no contact. We text/speak everyday , so maybe no conact will help me clear things up in my head.
trouble in paradise.
it's killing me /:
Oh Val, not much I can say other than I really feel for you.
Give it a break, see how you feel. You might find you miss him uncontrollably. You might confirm what you're thinking. Do it sooner rather than later because he'll just be getting more invested every day.
A break is a good start. Just tell him cleanly that you're not sure if you feel the same anymore but you want to give it a chance and so you need a break to see how you feel about it with some time and space.
Thank you Genni :) I think i'll go for the break.
Hopefully i can meet him early next week.
Ugh! Had a very frustrating week of kissing and suggesting and....nothing.
I know he's tired from work and he got really drunk on Friday and so was rubbish all of yesterday, but it would be nice if he at least acknowledged that I'm there. Blargh.
