Well, obviously :tongue: I'm just saying I found it hard to trust people, haha. I don't really think everyone will cheat on me, but my jealously/doubts in my past boyfriends were confirmed and I now find it harder to put my trust in people generally. Like I said though, I do trust my current boyfriend completely and it's great.

Haha, definitely :D I'd never cheat on anyone, I really lose a lot of respect for people when I hear that they've cheated on someone =/
FakeFlower, I wouldn't jump to conclusions. It's been over 6 years and they obviously shared so much they're now good friends even though they realised that it wasn't going to work romantically. Doesn't mean they can't still be friends. I'm still really close to the guy who was my first love. Doesn't mean anything would ever happen between us, I've explored that option and it didn't work. If I had feelings for him I'd be with him not my boyfriend.

I am annoyed that she is texting him all the time. Im angry that she is the stupid bint who screwed him over, making him completely distrust women and therefore the first couple of years of our relationship VERY hard. I never said you didn't trust him. I just think it's a bit unfair that because they dated he's not allowed her as a friend. Talk to him. If he really doesn't like her much either then that's simple, he can use you as an excuse to break contact. If he feels close to her still then it's not really your place to say who he can and can't talk to. Relationships are tough, and the better and deeper they are the more painful it tends to be when they break up. I'll use myself as an example. didn't talk to my Irish ex (the one I was talking about earlier) for well over a year because it was too painful. He cheated on me twice and so I felt betrayed. But he's a close friend, and I wouldn't give him up, and I honestly would be pissed off if my boyfriend tried to come between us...it's not his place.

It wouldn't bother me at all. They're just text messages. My boyfriend is always getting texts or calls from his friend Anita. They're close, doesn't bug me. When he's with me he doesn't usually bother replying to them.
How does him getting texts get annoying? You wouldn't care if it was one of his male friends. And I highly doubt she's still harbouring feelings for him after 6 years.
