I don't even know if love as people think about it exists. What people believe is love, is obviously experienced by people differently, as it's a feeling, so as where one person could feel no sexual attraction to others, another person might regardless of the intensity of the feeling of love they believe they have for someone else.
I never said I was in love with more than one person. I am only in love with my friend.
i think the point everybody was making was that if you were in 'love' with your friend, you wouldn't want to be physically or emotionally involved with anybody else. which i agree with, i don't think i have ever been in love, but i've been in relationships where i've had some very strong feelings, and even at that point there was no way I could ever even contemplate being with somebody else, god knows what i'd be like if i was actually in love, ha.
I wasn't trying to make a point as such, I just can't comprehend how you can be in love with someone but still feel like you could be emotionally involved with another. And Swimmingthroughrain, no-one suggested you were in love with more than one person, do you ever read things properly?
Okay. I guess I shouldn't have said that. I'm kind of tired and sick. I don't really want to be with anyone except my friend but it's hard because things with her are really dubious.
I think because we aren't actually together it allows for that possibility ...as much as I try to shut it out of my mind and deny my attraction to others.
If we were together...actually together...I definitely wouldn't even think about anyone else.
