Picked up my new car
ITS AMAZING! It's so perfect for me. I was worried about it only being a two door but since it's a hatchback I have PLENTY of room for cargo. And even though it's just a 4-cylinder it's so small that it has a TON of get up and go. I'm digging the gas mileage. Also, Bluetooth and built in USB. And power windows. And keyless entry. And and and and....

A few weeks ago I bought a giant Toothless plushie off Etsy, and he arrived today! He was super expensive, but worth every penny. I'll have him forever, until I have kids, and if they love dragons as much as I do, then he will be theirs.
Didn't get the flat we applied for so I looked up pet friendly flats and got a viewing for one a 10 minute walk from my work on Friday and managed to get a space on a group viewing for a gorgeous little cottage out of the city centre tomorrow (letting lady is going to let us know about pets then).
Decided to call my Aunt as well as she works for a letting agent but they didn't have any two beds when we started looking. Looks like we picked a good time because she's got us booked in to see four of their 2 beds tomorrow and they do good old first-come-first-served for flats too so none of this application bull we've been dealing with lately. Although the Friday flat is by far the closest to work for me if we like one tomorrow we'll likely just take it so we don't have to wait to apply for the Friday one only to risk not getting it and missing out on one we liked with my Aunt's company (plus the Friday flat looks a bit on the small side as is the most expensive out of the 7 we're viewing!).
