I actually have no idea! I'm hoping I can "make an offer" on the land and they will hold it for me while I wait to get the last of my deposit together, I'm $5k off as of today and I should have that by the end of the month. I have to make another appointment with the bank to ask about what happens once I've got the money and who does what. It's probably not as complicated as I think it is but you can never be too careful.Quote:

well, this has been my first round of final exams since high school that I haven't ended up puking up my guts from stress. That's not to say I'm not stressed, I'm very stressed, but I'm not vomiting stressed. This is a big deal
