I don't dip my chips in milkshakes either; never really saw the appeal! But! McDonald's milkshakes are the best (although all you strawberry lovers are wrong; it's banana all the way).
I do love sweet/salty combinations though. Popcorn, salted caramel, chocolate covered pretzels, yep, all good. Chocolate goes surprisingly well with a lot of stuff, like cheese or chilli peppers. I've had hake with a white chocolate fondant before, it's divine! Also brie and grape sammiches are the best thing ever.
I swear to god this thread is going to ruin my diet.
Just bought the galaxy bar, I'll be enjoying it on my break at work tomorrow ^_^
Also tbf McDonald's strawberry is the best milkshake.
Weirdest one I've done is putting individual Celebrations on top of Ritz crackers... or were they Tuc?
I don't remember as I was inebriated at the time and thought it was the BEST THING EVER.
I'm so glad sweet and savory is really kicking off here recently. I love it.
I once roasted starburst candies on a fire. Then stuffed them into a cold marshmallow. BEST THING EVER
today was perfect <3
I technically had three dates :) I met up with the lady friend in Leeds and we bought a picnic and ate it in Roundhay Park in the sun (mozzarella balls with sundried tomato was a very good idea) then we went to Tropical World and spent a good 30 minutes watching meerkats and it was super cute! I haven't been in ages!
THEN, after I got pierced we went for coffee together and wandered round a few shops, the loser bought me a bath bomb because she is awesome (and the woman in lush complimented both of us on how epic our hair is!)
AND THEN we were hungry again so we went for dinner in Wagamama's and ugh <3 it was so good :)
I'm exhausted now and I'm definitely having a lie in tomorrow but today was PERFECT :)
Glad to hear you had a good day :) jealous about the Wagamamas haha.
Had a lovely time going out for a meal for my grandma's birthday! :D
Got to see a King laid to rest. ^_^
