my dad just came into my room to shout at me and tell me that 11.30 is no time to be waking up and that I have to meet mum at nana's soon.

and he presented me with breakfast :') it's been AGES since I've had breakfast in bed - so I'm pretty happy atm :D
I don't have to starve today, got a call to say I can have my procedure 6 hours earlier than planned :D

Morning procedures are the best. My hand surgery was at 3 in the afternoon, and that was hell. Plus it was a three hour drive away so I was actually awake, I couldn't just sleep through the hunger. When I woke up the nurse's were laughing at me because I asked for food as soon as I could talk
