The Netherlands are mainland Europe, not Scandinavia, but yeah, often it's much cheaper for us to fly to mainland europe than nearerby.

Booked my East Coast trip! 3 weeks of islands and beaches then to Sydney for Christmas :D

So I've been using a tutorial from YouTube to make my skirts (a lady called AnnikaVictoria) and she's liked my posts on Instagram, so I sent her a quick message saying thank you for liking my posts and really enjoying your videos etc just to show a bit of support for her channel and she actually replied to me, she's absolutely lovely!

Something simple but I actually like it when people are interactive with their audience, it says a lot about the person.

Best thing today, has been that classes are done for the day haha. #Collegelife

Had a great night at a society event tonight, and my essay is now only 258 words over the word limit! It was about 800 over before, so I should be able to finish it off tomorrow before it's due in. :D I'm worried about how well I've done and the possibility that what I've written could just be a load of sh*t, but I'll be glad when it's over.

Spent the day going round various fabric shops, was quite nice! I found a lovely little shop in Worcester that I've walked past thousands of times but never actually gone in - the lady in there was SO helpful when I explained what I wanted to make!

Sounds really simple, but going to shops on my own is kinda a big thing, I absolutely hate doing it! I feel like I've accomplished something today and I feel pretty good for it.

My replacement ID arrived. :D

Day off work with no plans so we just slept until we woke up (at like 11.45am!) with no need for an alarm, bliss!

Went to a tree lightning ceremony today with some people and we had a lot of fun :)
