Best thing that happened to you today?

Playing Mass Effect (finally).

This was actually yesterday, but I had a little reunion with my friends who I haven't seen in over a year! One of them had a baby 6 weeks ago and I'd bought loads of cute stuff for her and was really happy to give them to her.

Went to a cool concert! :biggrin: (The band was Motorama!)

Had a nice lie in. I was back at work after Christmas on Tuesday so didn't feel like I had much of a break. Have today off so only just got myself out of bed :) (next year I need to either book time off over Christmas or get a new job that gives me a week off)

I saw a friend after more than a month and he gave me a plush tiger- no one ever gets me plush animals anymore (because "I'm not a kid and these are for kids" Excuse me, this is MINE if it was bought for me or bought by me for me) and I LOVE them, so I was so happy!

Actually got work done :)

Posted a new chapter for a story I'm still working on. :music-smiley:

Not sure if this counts as a "thing", but I woke up feeling great, the stress I've felt for weeks = gone!

I think i will pick up the violin today, because i feel great.
