An unplanned/accidental family gathering at Nick's Grandpa's house this afternoon which was lovely :)
Also hearing that my Grandad wants to give me some money towards driving lessons and his car when I pass my test! Feeling very spoilt.
Payrise at work. Still want a new job but this extra 14p an hour makes me feel a little better about work. I'm curious to know what the other receptionists got...
Dinner at Jo's parents with them and her brother and his girlfriend. I always get invited as her plus one and it's always really fun up there. We had fillet steak with roasted veg and leek in cheese sauce. Then we had cgeese and biscuits for dessert and played dominoes before her brother gave me a lift home so I didn't have to walk. They're such a fun family, they've really accepted me as one of their own. God knows what I'll do if Jo gets a boyfriend and he starts getting the plus one invites hah.
meeting up with three of my best friends from school/college <3
we had so much chinese food and we played Zelda monopoly (I won!) and a drinking game version of jenga (considering i was the only sober one, i lost virtually every round)
i've missed them all so much :( it was literally like we'd never spent a day apart :D
Had a noon-out with two friends and a night-out with a different group of friends, with just a few hours of "break" between, and had a pretty great time at both :D I also possibly made plans for Monday too (go to the cinema)
It rained!!! In the desert at the hottest time of year that's a huge thing, so exciting!
My boyfriend made me breakfast in bed. He's being really good at the moment. I'm really glad I've got support in him.
