Ah I would happily go that big and not care about permanence, at the end of the day I have long enough hair to hide them and when I don't, I'll still love them.

Tbh I love in your face sort of piercings and stuff, I hate hiding my piercings. Esp at work, gives me a right complex. I hate not having my lip jewellery in and my septum flipped up.

Yeah he goes spacey and weird too, like you can't get through to him at all. The hot and cold will defo be them, he's always the wrong temperature, and it changes constantly!

I'm in a similar situation, in that I can't be promoted until I've done an MSc. I could have started it last year but after doing a 4-year part time degree on top of working full time (and I thought I was getting married), I desperately needed a break... Plus I was told that I would never be promoted unless I covered/removed all of my mods. I've settled with the idea that they're never going to promote me... I just need something to do because I'm slowly going insane.
