I tend to mix in the pan but it can be a little messy. I also mix xanthan gum with the rubbing alcohol to make them stick together better, seems to work on the glittery eyeshadows too xx
Where do you buy this stuff to do it with & do they come out really pigmented (like they would as pigments?)
I'll do some swatches but you can get the things from ebay I got a 15 pan palette from ebay (Hong Kong) for£1.99 and the rubbing alcohol from CPC for £4.50 but you can get it from ebay and I got the xanthan gum from tesco xx
I only have Barry M dust pots which are like that but I always wet the brush before using....
Oh good to know and swatches would be brill, going to IMATS next month so will pick up some pigments and give it a go, what is CPC (sorry I have no idea xD) + do you have a ebay seller to recommend ?
rubbing alcohol is just surgical spirit and can be bought from any chemist on the high street... unless it has to be ispropyl alcohol in which case amazon is your friend
as for xanthan gum pretty much any supermarket or healthfood store will stock it
palletes could also be bought from artists supply stores...

I got the pigments from Bullet off here who I know off the internet, she sold me some samples so I pressed them.
Also I'd love to go to IMATS but I can't afford it right now. Will you look out if there are any empty pans there which I could buy please? xx
Wow I'm quite suprised! They look pretty spot on!!! Will have to give it a bash one day soon. :)
Would definitely like to try it with sugarpill pigments and barry m dazzle dust.
