depends which brand you use as well,some dry really quick but i've found a cheap one that's a lot darker than more expensive ones but it does take ages to dry.i normally do it on both eyes then part close tham and like fan them with my hand.dries a lil quicker that way :D
If you tilt your head back so your lids part close it helps.
Or paper fans and/or hair dryers on all low settings.
ahh tilting head back.. hmm.. i must try all this soon... yesterday was so embarrassing i tried to make up for my OH cause we were going out and it took me AGES!!!
Has anyone tried this new Clinique anti-blemish foundation? I've heard good things about them and how good they are for people with bad skin so this seems like such a good idea. All the reviews online seem good too...
Also, do they tend to give out samples? Even when I have the money to afford it, I dont wanna buy £20 foundation and find it's crap!
so i think i've figured out what's wrong with my skin, think i might have rosacea, explains the blotchiness and spots...gonna go to the doctor and see what they say

Yeah the larger boots or debenhams will apply it for you so you can see if you like it.Boots have given me samples before of the 3-step system to trial

Neon Pink Orange Baby Blue
Barry M Dazzle Dusts. Unfortunately those pics don't do them any favours. The pink and orange have the brightness of the blue and the blue has the sheen of the orange and a brightness between it's own and the orange.
Now to hope I don't spill them everywhere!!
(cost me £9 in total good ole 3 for 2 at Boots :D )
