  • Error with a mismatched pair?

    My first order from here arrived a few days ago and everything was perfect except for a particular pair of earrings.....one of them was correct but its partner didn't match. I contacted them through the online form and it said they should get back to me in 24 hours but It's been three days now with no reply. (I checked my spam folder too so that isn't the problem)

    Also, on the back of the form that came with the order it said that in this case they should replace it with no cost to myself. Would I have to return the earring as well? Because the cost of sending it would far outweigh the cost of the earring itself lol

        Email a photo of the mis-match to info@bodyjewelleryshop.com along with your order number and we'll get you a new pair sent out.

          I got a reply to my email and received the replacement items. Thank you very much! I look forward to being a regular customer, you guys have a great selection
