So since the weather has picked up I have made a couple of observations, one is that my sack seems to be relaxing more over night & the other is that it also seems to be contracting more during the day ? Not sure how much sense this makes though !
Almost out of my 1st batch of moisturiser now ! So should be trying out batch No 2 later in the week, it will be interesting to see if there's much difference ?

So I'm getting to the point where I'm wearing a 3rd weight overnight, but just can't manage it during the day ! It may be due to the 3rd weight having a smaller ID, when I can afford another weight I will make sure it's larger !
I have just started using batch number 2 of my home made moisturiser, it's not as hard as batch number 1. But it is a little flakey, maybe batch number 3 will be a little more like a cream ? I think it's going to take some more experimentation to get perfect ?

When I make up a new batch of moisturiser I put it in a single jar, then later melt it again & transfer it into several smaller tubs. Yesterday I had the time to re melt batch No 2 & transfer it into smaller quantities, a strange thing happened ! I noticed that after it had set again it was softer than before but I don't know why ?
I'm finding reading your thread on ball stretching fascinating Mr Mouse. It's not something I'd ever thought about before, but I have to say I wouldn't mind a little more hang myself. I have to ask though, do you not find the weights getting in the way during the day? Also, do you leave them on when/if you got to the gym or swimming or do you remove them?
sorry for all the questions.
I must admit I find it quite invigorating, I have never worked out in a gym in my life so can't comment from personal experience. I used to swim quite regularly but haven't done so for a few years now, so again no experience of that one either !
I have heard of guys changing out their steel weights for silicone rings whilst swimming or at the gym, so as usual there's a solution for most things !
I don't have much of an issue with my weights during the day, but do find that you need to moisturise regularly though ! Rest assured your nuts will let you know when they are unhappy !
You may find it easier to wear jogging bottoms & go commando as you want to give the boys down below some room for manoeuvre, I'm pretty much at the point where I'm going to be wearing 3 weights 24/7 !
Okay so tonight When I go to bed I'm going to strap on my 3rd weight ! Then tomorrow I'm going to give it my best shot at wearing it through the entire day with a view to going 24/7, wish me luck !
As you sleep all muscles relax ! This includes a chaps happy sack so it will make more room for the weights, the issue I have noticed is that the old sack then starts to contract during the day after you get up in the morning. Then things start to tighten up somewhat & become uncomfortable, this is the point where it's easy to give in & remove that 3rd weight ! But I'm going to try toughing it out tomorrow & hit the moisturiser big time !
So yesterday I was out on my bike all day so decided to remove all weights for the day, after getting home I struggled to get any at all back on ! I can't believe the old nutsack can have contracted that far in just a few hours ?
Managed the whole day today wearing the smallest weight ! Have been pretty active today worked on my car one of my bikes & managed to fit in a tip run as well !
