Default Blood Blister on the back of helix piercings.

I got it pierced 6 weeks ago and I have been cleaning it twice a day since it was pierced,
It's quite big and red and looks full of blood.
Is there any way i could make it go down quicker/help it go down quicker?

    Thanks!

Are you drying the piercing off after the saline?
