    Question Skin Diver Wont Heal!!!!!

    Hey Everone
Had my madonna spot pierced with a skin diver about 6 weeks ago. It looks great but it wont heal :(
Does anyone have any ideas of how i can help it to heal?
There is no infection or anything and I steri-strip it down at all times to try and get it to stay.
Have been thinking some sort of skin adhesive or something??
    Will try anything lol!!!
    Cheers
    Amy

As far as I know putting stuff on it/in it won't help. Post a pic (miss the ww off) or go back to your piercer. I would have thought that's a rather high movement area not suited to a skin diver?

    Hey
    Thanks for replying.
I have booked to go back and see my piercer next week, unfortunately he is off till next tuesday. Will upload a photo later on today.
Will do anything it takes to stop it falling out!
I wondered if a dermol would stay better due to larger ancor plate but have been told this isnt the case as that would be worse with all the movement :(

Chances are your skin diver is not going to take, especially given its current status.

Why not just get the standard piercing? It might not be as "unusual" but it will most certainly be more practical.

A microdermal will most likely not hold either, it might, but chances are quite low.

Putting a skin diver on such a high movement area is a bad idea. Constant movement/wiggling wont allow it to heal.

A girl on bodymod.org has a 2 year old microdermal in her philtrum, and going strong. Apparently...

Microdermals are different. They anchor in place. Only thing holding a skin diver in place is a tiny round disk.
