Default VCH looks crooked now, but looked straight when initially pierced

So, I got a VCH almost a month ago, and it feels completely healed. But often, it leans more to the left than in the center. It looked straight when it was initially done (my friend who went with me confirmed this), but now it seems crooked. So, I have two questions:

    What could be causing this?
Is there a type of jewelry that can help disguise it if it really is crooked?

If I'm not happy with it after a month or so, I'm going to take it out and have it redone, they'll redo it for free.

    Thanks!

Is the actual hole itself still in the centre, and it's just the jewellery lying crooked? If so, there's not really much you can do about that. There's only one hole pierced for a VCH, then the jewellery runs between your clitoris and the hood until it comes out underneath the hood, so of course some people find the jewellery just tends to sit to one side. Perhaps try with different jewellery lengths/styles until you find something that you prefer the look of.

If the piercing hole at the top is off centre now but it was centred before, it's probably migrated. If everything during the piercing & aftercare went well, again, that just might be where your body finds the piercing to be most comfortable. A lot of people find their piercings (any piercings) migrate to some degree. You may just find the same problem if you get it repierced.

As said above piercings tend to migrate to where they are happiest. If it's settled and comfortable I'd leave it alone rather than re-pierce through scar tissue and perhaps find yourself worse off. My VCH was straight when pierced but now sits slightly to one side in line with my body shape. I find it's less noticable with a ring in, but who's going to look that closely anyway? I was pierced with a straight barbell which was fine but a curved barbell does sit straighter in it.

Have you got the right size jewellery in there? Sometimes downsizing the jewellery can help eliminate the look of crookedness. Agree with all above it's migrated into a happy place and tbh is anyone really going to be going down there with a spirit level?

I've had mine done for almost 3 weeks and it has migrated maybe half a millimeter down, if that. I have a CBR in it right now and due to my anatomy it leans towards the right. Piercings are kind of like humans if you think about it. We like to find a comfortable spot to sit in and we'll move a little if we have to in order to find just the right spot. Piercings do the same.

But like Redraven said, who is going to notice if it's crooked? Sure, you will, but no one else will. Any person that looks down there and has the nerve to say your piercing is crooked should just be kicked, haha!

Aww, thanks guys! I feel better now. =D

Right now I have a curved barbell in (10mm length, 14g, 3mm ball on top, 6mm ball on bottom). I'm thinking if I have a bigger ball on the top (maybe 5mm instead of 3), it will make it look a little more centered. But since it seems to be fairly common for it to sit to one side, I think I'll just leave it the way it is. =)
