it's probably about 6 months to a year to heal depending on how often you knock it...sea salt soaks are usually best to clean it with and will help with healing i didn't think the pain was bad and i've had it done multiple times but some people think it's really painful, all depends on the person getting it done
    have:
    right ear:2x lobes, antitragus
left ear: 2x lobes, rook, tragus, conch
    other: nose,tongue,tattoo on left hip

want: multi navel, daith, another tattoo

    gone:navel // 3 traguses // conch // forward helix

    Mine didn't hurt at all..
I pretty much just leave it alone, put a labret stud in it so it has a flat back for wearing headphones etc.
As for healing time... Well, I've had mine almost a year and if I knock it it still hurts.. But it stopped lymphing a good 6 months ago and isn't red or sore at all unless it gets knocked.

Didn't even feel mine. Had it done 3 months ago and it feels pretty healed to me. Can knock it and don't feel anything. No problems with my healing though, a bit of lymph for the first month or so, but then it stopped.

I think I've had it pretty easy with mine though!!!

As for aftercare, I pretty much used the LITHA method, then when it started feelin a bit funny, I got the EasyPiercing kit from here!

Depends how much you lay on it and things but usually they heal at about 4-6 months. Some can take up to 18 months.

As for cleaning SSS is great (as has been said) try reading my aftercare guide here for full instructions as it should help: http://titaniumenthralled.proboards1...play&thread=36

    Best of luck!

i was told to a bunch of different methods to clean piercings with, too. but the one i've heard the most is a sea salt solution. i've been on a bunch of websites and they that if you can't make your own to buy this brand....it's called like H2O or something.....

I can't remember if mine hurt or not, so if it did, then it musn't have been bad! I remember it being a pain for a while when I was on the phone and trying to sleep and stuff... Think it was about 3 months to heal... had it 6 years now and had no problems with it! Used sea salt soaks to clean it!

ive had mine about 4months now & my piercist feels that it has healed enough to change the ring into a bar ...

it didnt hurt at all for me
i only felt a slight tug when they were putting the ball on but even that wasnt panful (:

SSS is your best option for cleaning ... i used savlon for the first couple of weeks and it seriously affected the healing so i switched to SSS ... withing a couple of days it was happy again ...

you should get it done i still love mine

    xo
