Default choosing the right size for upper back tattoo

Hi guys, i have a couple of designs floating around in my head for my next tattoo that i want to be on my upper back.... the thing is, i was wondering whether a smaller or a larger tattoo would make my upper back look wider?? as my shoulders are quite narrow as it is, so dont really want anything that would exaggerate this.

so do you think a larger piece would make the shoulders seem broader?

    thanks!

Depends on the design but I doubt anything would make THAT much of a difference to your physical appearance.
    Holes: lobes 2@ 2mm, 2@ 1.6mm, auricle @ 1.6mm, helix @ 1.6mm, nostril, navel @ 2mm Inkage x lots.
In a pink net, purple lined SJ, with a purple tutu and pink fairy wings.
