Having delved into the world of extreme chillies I wonder why anyone would bother with a rubbish plant? Habaneros, consumed in enough quantity, will make you trip balls.

It should be legal, but have similar restrictions like cigarettes.

Legalize it! You'd get fewer pothead teenagers in the long run. Possibly.

^ How does that work? If it was legal with easy access I imagine there would be a LOT more potheads.

Not if it was regulated correctly.

And what government would legalise a previously restricted substance without imposing regulations?

Even if the government were to put restrictions such as age like alcohol/tobacco has it would still be very easy to get access to cannabis.

Because it wouldn't be 'easy access' any more. It also wouldn't be as 'cool' if it was legal.

In an ideal world I think all drugs should be legal personally the things people are subjected to to produce and import/export the stuff is vile, human trafficking, rape, murder, forced drug running and concealment etc, it's terrifying. If there was some way to stop all that, regulate it, produce it and sell it highly regulated to the people who want to buy it then let them. But of course that would take an immense amount of money and effort and worldwide involvement/agreement which ain't gonna happen.
