Im seriously considering stretching my centre labret piercing. It seems alot more radical than my stretched lobes that are now at 22mm, so I'd like to know if as like ear lobe stretching, theres a point where I'd still be able to retire it or at least downsize back to around it's original size(1.6)?

I think with lip being such a visible piercing, stretching it really has to be something you're going to stick with unless you want to take a huge risk. With lobes there is a supposed point of no return, but it's not true to everybody, so it's always possible that your lip may not shrink back either - but it might.
If you're sure you want it though, go for it, stretched lip piercings look amazing.Facial: Septum [10mm], labret [7mm], cheek x2 [1.6mm]
Ears: Lobe x2 [32mm, 34mm], scaffold x2 [1.6mm], conch x2 [7mm, 1.6mm]
Other: Tongue split! <3
Tattoos: Robin and rose on each foot, photography chest piece.
One day: Inner labia x2, 2" lobe x2, 8mm conch x2, 12mm oval labret,
6mm navel, more ink and a couple of other things.

I wouldn't do it if you think it'll only be a temporary thing. It's just not worth the risk.
